SMS Notifications Consent

Dispatch360 is a product and service of Adapting Technologies Inc., doing business as Polarix ("Polarix").
This page shows the SMS consent disclosure presented to customers of Dispatch360 when they opt in to receive service notifications. The identical disclosure and checkbox appear on the Dispatch360 SMS opt-in form.
Program description
Dispatch360 sends transactional service notifications to customers who have requested service and have affirmatively opted in. Messages include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling and rescheduling updates
- Technician assignment, dispatch, en-route, and arrival notifications
- Estimated arrival times
- Service status and job completion notifications
- Invoice, billing, and payment-related notifications
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How consent is collected
The customer enters their mobile telephone number and must affirmatively check the consent box below. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is recorded only after the customer checks the box and submits the form. We store the telephone number, the date and time, the source page, and the version of the consent language shown.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Mobile information privacy
We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent data are used only to operate the service-related messaging program described on this page. We may use service providers solely to help us deliver these messages, including telecommunications and messaging infrastructure. Such providers may process mobile information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
